This soundtrack has one of my all-time favorite songs The Touch. It's the perfect song to make you feel powerful when you're having a rough day. You've got the touch, you've got the power!

Take the highway to the danger zone and give this album a listen!

Descendents were prolific in the mid-80's, not my favorite album, but this one has Cheer on it.

Not as well known as the other soundtracks on this list, but Fight to Survive and Thunder in Your Heart stand up to other 80's triumphant greats. I really need to see this movie.

I need to shout out this straight edge youth crew classic even though hardcore isn't my favorite genre.

The sequel to Ender's Game that I enjoyed almost as much. The further books in the series, not so much.

I'm always a sucker for a good time travel story and this is a really good one.

The second book in the Discworld series. I love when media breaks the fourth wall and I still remember getting called out at one part in particular in this book. There's a lot of books in this series and I should read more of them.

The 80's were great for movies that captured childhood adventure so well. This movie maybe does it better than any other.

James Cameron came in and took the Alien series in a more action-oriented direction. Things went downhill afterwards, but this one is still great.

It's a David Lynch film, so they're not for everyone, but I do like this one a lot.

There won't be a whole lot of anime on this list, but this is a great Studio Ghibli film.

I have this on 3DS and Switch mostly because of the great soundtrack and simple and surprisingly addictive gameplay.
